Description: The Crossroads Mixed-Use Senior Living project is uniquely situated on a ground leased 1.65-acre parcel within the Crossroads shopping mall and adjacent to Crossroads Park. The project includes 185 for-rent, mixed-income (affordable and market rate) apartments for seniors, indoor & outdoor residential amenity areas, 1,600 sf of commercial lease space, commercial plaza and “park link” connection to Crossroads Park. The project location provides many opportunities for walkable resident access to services and amenities and will enhance the commercial activities and community gathering opportunities at Crossroads. Large storefront windows, covered pedestrian areas and gathering spaces are provided to provide a high visibility to both resident and commercial activities within and outside of the building and to enhance the overall sense of community for the project. The residential amenity areas include a large open multi-function community room, lobby lounge with fireplace and multiple interior gathering spaces, internet café fitness and games room, as well as leasing and management offices. The amenity and commercial spaces are located at the street frontage of the building, concealing the structured parking and service areas behind.
